So, let's start with Why you're struggling to come up with content ideas.

I'm here to tell you, content creation can be a constant challenge. And most people struggle with three things. Number one, not knowing what to talk about. Number two, running out of fresh ideas. And number three, creating content that doesn't resonate with their audience. If you've ever stared at a blank screen, you know, with that cursor just blinking at you and you're thinking, what should I post?

I get it. But that's where ChatGPT comes in. Now I wanna start with a [00:03:00] strategy on how ChatGPT can help generate over a hundred ideas and minutes. Now, I want to talk to you about pre baking the oven. Before you even ask ChatGPT for any content ideas, or anything for that matter, in relation to your business or organization, you want to make sure you train it on your brand. That's right on your business or organization.

I want to give you an example of a prompt and I'm going to use our business as an example. I run a digital marketing agency that helps small businesses and organizations with their online presence. My audience consists of small [00:04:00] businesses, entrepreneurs, and non profit organizations. who need help growing their online presence.

My brand tone is fun yet professional. Based on this, generate 20 blog post ideas that would interest my audience. Now, what I want to share with you is this sets ChatGPT up for success and ensures the ideas it generates actually align with your brand. Now, I want to make sure you understand here, it's so important that you pre bake the oven about your business first.

Then, detailed prompts like that example will work even more for you. Okay, on to step two. Ask ChatGPT for industry specific [00:05:00] ideas. Once ChatGPT understands your business or organization, Then it will give you ideas specific for you. Let me give you an example of a prompt that could be used. Give me 10 blog post ideas for a local bakery or generate 15 Instagram post ideas for a home improvement business.

Here's another one. What are 10 YouTube video topics for a non profit focused on community outreach? Now, those are some very specific ideas that you can utilize ChatGPT for. Again, although I said that it was a local bakery or a home improvement business or a non profit organization, if you've taken the time to pre bake the oven, you will get more [00:06:00] specific output.

Okay, now on to step three. As I was just mentioning about getting specific with ChatGPT, it can also help refine your ideas so they can be more engaging. Let me give you an example prompt. Expand on idea number three and give me five variations. So what I'm asking of it is, okay, hey, I like idea number three, but can you give me five variations?

That gives you more to review and really hone in on what represents your brand. Now, if this is making sense, don't forget to grab my free worksheet so that way it can help you get more tailored results.

Now that you have tons of ideas, how do you know which ones will actually work? [00:07:00] Well, here are some tips on how to refine them. Check trending topics. You can use tools like Google Trends or Answer the Public to see what people are actively searching for. You can then match ideas to your audience's pain points.

Choose ideas that solve problems for your specific audience. That's so important because there's so many different ideas out there, but you really want to drill down to your target audience. Then you can use ChatGBT to expand on those good ideas. Here's an example. Instead of a broad topic like how to market your business, Ask ChatGPT to get specific.

Turn how to market your business into a more detailed, engaging topic. If ChatGPT [00:08:00] gives generic answers, let me give you a tip. Tweak your prompt. The better input you put in ChatGPT, the better output you're going to get, the better results that ChatGPT can give you.

So you might be wondering, how to get ChatGPT to suggest trending and evergreen topics. Well, if you want content ideas that stay relevant, ask ChatGPT to generate a mix of trending and evergreen content. So, here's you another example prompt. Give me five trending content ideas and five evergreen content ideas for a home service business.

Now, of course, you want to fill in that with your own business type, but trending content keeps your brand relevant while in evergreen [00:09:00] content, Works long term and keeps bringing in the traffic.

So, there you have it. No more struggling to come up with fresh content ideas. With just a few strategic prompts, you can use ChatGPT to generate hundreds of content ideas tailored to your business. or organization. It doesn't matter if you're a small business owner in the non profit sector or you're an entrepreneur.

The key is pre baking the oven, training ChatGPT on your brand, your audience, and your goals, so that the ideas it generates are actually useful and aligned with your messaging.
